Refund policy
All sales are final unless the product is damaged in shipment, including painted miniatures and commissioned pieces.
Return Window for Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged goods must be reported within 3 business days of package delivery. If you have received damaged goods, email us at dm@perilandpigment.com.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Cost for Damaged Goods
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund Timeframe
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund immediately. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
